- Install New Web Twain Plugin by following the steps above. Click the Scan Image button, and you should see a settings window pop-up. You’ll want to make sure that your scanner is configured for either Grayscale or C o l o r or 2 4- bi t C ol or scanning, not black & white.

The dialog box of the security setting can be launched from menu Tools > Internet Options. Then select the security tab.
